Mobile, AL (BuzzReport)- A Mobile woman is behind bars following an early morning attempted carjacking at a Springhill Avenue gas station, according to the Mobile Police Department. Officers were called to the Energizer Service Station just before 6 a.m. Wednesday after a woman reportedly tried to force her way into another woman’s vehicle while armed with a knife. Tyese Winston Police say the victim was able to escape the situation by exiting her car with her keys and running inside the business, avoiding injury. Responding officers located the suspect a short distance from the scene and took her into custody without incident. She was later identified as Tyese Winston.
