MOBILE, AL (BuzzReport)– A Mobile woman endured a terrifying early morning assault on Saturday after an individual known to her allegedly forced entry into her home and inflicted multiple stab wounds. Authorities swiftly responded to the scene on Glenwood Street, arresting a suspect shortly after the violent incident. At approximately 7:30 a.m. on November 15, 2025, law enforcement officers were dispatched to the 600 block of Glenwood Street following urgent reports of an assault. Upon arrival, emergency personnel discovered an adult female victim suffering from multiple stab wounds. She was immediately transported to a local hospital, where medical staff are treating her for serious but non-life-threatening injuries. Investigators at the scene determined the harrowing sequence of events began when the subject forcibly kicked open the victim’s door. The confrontation rapidly escalated, leading to the woman sustaining the significant injuries. Police quickly identified and apprehended 21-year-old Tyrone Harris in the vicinity. Harris, who was reportedly known to the victim, was taken into custody without further incident. Following preliminary investigations at the scene, he was transported to Metro Jail. Authorities continue their investigation into the circumstances surrounding the brutal home invasion and assault.
