Mobile, AL (BuzzReport)– A pre-dawn attempt to breach a residence on Stanton Road was thwarted early Saturday morning, leading to the apprehension of a suspect. At approximately 1:48 a.m. on November 15, 2025, Mobile Police Department officers responded to a call reporting an attempted burglary in the 600 block of Stanton Road. Upon their arrival, responding officers noted visible damage to the property’s front glass door, indicating a forceful attempt at entry. Further investigation at the scene led to the swift detainment of an individual located in the vicinity. The apprehension occurred without further incident. A department investigator was subsequently called to the scene to process the evidence and manage the ongoing investigation. The detained individual, identified as 33-year-old Justin Trevino, was transported to the Metro Jail. He now faces charges related to the attempted burglary. The investigation remains active.
