Gulfport, MS (BuzzReport) – A disturbing incident unfolded in Gulfport, Mississippi, on August 4, 2025, when a domestic dispute turned violent. Jaelyn Marie Breaux, 24, was arrested and charged with Aggravated Domestic Assault after allegedly striking her victim with her vehicle. According to the Gulfport Police Department, officers responded to a reported accident involving a pedestrian at approximately 3:33 p.m. in the area of Orange Grove Road and Highway 49. Upon investigation, it was revealed that Breaux and the victim had been arguing, and as the victim attempted to walk away, Breaux accelerated her vehicle, intentionally striking the victim. She then fled the scene in reverse gear. Fortunately, Breaux was apprehended shortly after and taken into custody. She was processed and transported to the Harrison County Adult Detention Center, where she is currently being held on a $100,000 bond.
