Mobile, AL (BuzzReport) – Today, Councilmembers Cory Penn and CJ Small attended the ribbon-cutting ceremony for the brand-new John L. LeFlore Magnet High School of Advanced Communication and Fine Arts. Located in Toulminville, Mobile, Alabama, the school marks a new chapter in its rich history, which dates back to 1968.

As a proud alumnus, Councilman Penn expressed his excitement and support for the state-of-the-art facility, which promises to provide students with a modern and inspiring environment for learning, growth, and success. The school’s curriculum includes communication, fine arts, performing arts, technical, and career-driven classes, with programs in Drafting, Engineering, Moving Images Dance Company, Photography, Pre-Law, Pre-Medicine, Sculpting & Pottery, Television Productions, and Theatre.
