Juvenile Shot During Alleged Car Theft Attempt in Mobile

Mobile, AL (BuzzReport) – A juvenile male was shot and injured Thursday morning while allegedly attempting to steal a car from a parking lot in Mobile, according to the Mobile Police Department (MPD).

Police responded to a call regarding a person with a gunshot wound at the Chevron gas station located at 6400 Cottage Hill Road. Upon arrival, officers discovered a young male suffering from what were described as non-life-threatening injuries. He was immediately transported to a local hospital for treatment.
