HINDS COUNTY, MS (BuzzReport) – Authorities in Hinds County are investigating a double homicide after two individuals were found dead from gunshot wounds near the 1700 block of South Springdale Road. According to Hinds County Sheriff Tyree Jones, deputies responded to the area and discovered both victims at the scene. Law enforcement officials confirmed that each victim had sustained fatal gunshot wounds and were pronounced dead on-site. The area remained an active crime scene as investigators worked to gather evidence and determine the circumstances surrounding the shooting. Officials have not released the identities of the victims, and no information regarding a possible suspect or motive has been made public.
