Man Transported to Hospital After Arriving at Mobile Convenience Store With Gunshot Wound

Mobile, AL (BuzzReport) – Mobile Police are investigating after a man with a gunshot injury arrived at a local convenience store Tuesday night.

According to authorities, on Tuesday, February 10, 2026, at approximately 8:40 p.m., officers responded to 2551 Halls Mill Road, the Viking Convenience Store, in reference to a male victim who had arrived at the location suffering from a gunshot wound.

When officers arrived, they located the victim at the business. However, investigators determined that the shooting did not occur at the convenience store. The circumstances surrounding where the incident took place remain unclear.

The victim was transported to a local hospital for treatment. His current condition has not been released.

As of Wednesday morning, police said the investigation into the shooting, including the exact location where it occurred, remains active.
