Mobile Man Charged with Human Trafficking, Indecent Exposure in Underage Case

MOBILE, Ala. (BuzzReport) — A Mobile man faces serious charges, including first-degree human trafficking, after he was accused of exposing himself to an underage girl and soliciting her to create sexually explicit films.

Darrine Wayne Polite, 26, was arrested on July 17 in connection with the allegations.

According to court documents, Polite allegedly exposed himself to the minor and requested she participate in the creation of sexually explicit films. The documents further allege that Polite made non-verbal threats to the victim by twice grabbing her by her arm or waist.

Polite has been charged with one count of first-degree human trafficking and two counts of indecent exposure.

Jail records indicate his bond has been set at $275,000.
