CHOCTAW COUNTY, AL (BuzzReport) — A murder investigation in Choctaw County has resulted in the arrest of a suspect accused of fatally shooting an individual multiple times, bringing a significant development in a case that began more than a week ago.

The Choctaw County Sheriff’s Office announced that Johnathan Manuel, also known as “JD,” has been charged with murder in connection with a deadly shooting that occurred on Melvin Road near Gilbertown, Alabama.
