Three HOPE Leaders Recognized Among 2026 Women In Banking Honorees

Pine Bluff, AR (BuzzReport)—Three leaders from Hope Credit Union (HOPE) are being recognized for their contributions to banking and financial services after being named to Arkansas Money & Politics’ 2026 Women in Banking list.

The honorees—Cassandra Williams, Kimberla Little, and Monica Walker—represent different areas of HOPE’s operations, including executive leadership, human resources, commercial lending and financial services.

Cassandra Williams, a native of Clarksdale, Mississippi, serves as President of Hope Credit Union. Williams joined HOPE in 1999 as a commercial loan officer and has spent more than two decades taking on leadership responsibilities across lending and retail operations.

Her career with HOPE has included multiple leadership positions, giving her extensive experience in helping guide the organization’s financial services and community-focused work.

Kimberla Little, a Jackson, Mississippi, native, serves as HOPE’s Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer. She leads the organization’s human resources function and brings previous banking experience to the position, including her time as Vice President of Human Resources for Regions Bank in South Mississippi.

Little’s work focuses on the people and organizational systems behind HOPE’s operations, helping support the institution’s workforce and leadership structure.

Monica Walker, a Gulfport, Mississippi, native, serves as Vice President and Senior Commercial Loan Officer. In her role, Walker works with businesses seeking access to financing and other resources that can help them expand and strengthen their operations.

Together, the three women bring experience across several key areas of the financial industry—from credit union leadership and commercial lending to human resources and organizational development.

Their recognition on the 2026 Women in Banking list highlights the range of professional roles women hold within the banking industry and the leadership contributions they make across financial institutions and the communities they serve.
