Woman Dies After Being Struck at West Mobile Walmart; Police Launch Active Investigation

MOBILE, AL. (BuzzReport)— A woman has died after suffering critical injuries in an incident Tuesday afternoon at the Walmart Supercenter on Schillinger Road South, according to the Mobile Police Department.

Officers responded to the Walmart Supercenter, located at 685 Schillinger Road South, at approximately 1:23 p.m. on Tuesday, July 21, 2026, following reports of a person who had been struck.

When officers arrived, they found an adult female suffering from what authorities described as a severe, life-threatening injury. Emergency medical personnel transported the woman to a local hospital for emergency treatment. Despite lifesaving efforts, she later died from her injuries.
