Gunfire Erupts in Mobile Neighborhood, Two Vehicles Struck in Early Morning Shooting

Mobile, AL (BuzzReport)—Before sunrise Sunday morning, gunfire shattered the quiet of a Mobile neighborhood, leaving two vehicles riddled with bullets and residents shaken.

According to investigators, the shooting happened shortly after 3 a.m. on Charmaine Circle, a residential street located off Dauphin Island Parkway in Mobile.

When officers arrived on scene, they discovered an SUV that appeared to have been struck at least once by gunfire, along with a sedan that sustained multiple bullet holes. Evidence markers and damaged vehicles remained outside the home as police began processing the scene.

Despite the barrage of gunfire, authorities confirmed that no injuries were reported.

Neighbors in the area were left alarmed by the violence unfolding in the early morning hours, as investigators worked to determine who opened fire and what may have led to the shooting.

The Mobile Police Department has not released information on possible suspects or whether the shooting was targeted. Officials say the case remains under active investigation.
