Police Investigating Domestic Assault After Woman Arrives at Mobile Hospital With Injuries

Mobile, AL (BuzzReport) — Authorities are investigating a domestic violence incident after a woman arrived at a local hospital with injuries Sunday morning.

According to the Mobile Police Department, officers responded to a local hospital at approximately 11:00 a.m. on March 15, 2026, after receiving a report that a female victim had arrived seeking treatment for injuries she reportedly sustained during a domestic altercation.

Upon speaking with the victim, officers learned the incident allegedly occurred at a residence in the 1600 block of Dublin Street in Mobile. Investigators said the victim reported that an altercation with a known male subject escalated and turned physical, resulting in the injuries that prompted her to seek medical attention.

Police have not released the identity of the individuals involved, and it is unclear whether any arrests have been made at this time.

Authorities say the case remains an active investigation as detectives continue gathering information related to the incident.
