JACKSON, MS (BuzzReport) — A Jackson man has been charged with murder and auto theft in connection with a fatal shooting that took place earlier this month on Skyline Drive, authorities report. The Jackson Police Department identified the suspect as Nequan Baletine, who was charged on February 26 in the death of Malcolm Harris. The shooting occurred on February 18 in the 3600 block of Skyline Drive. Malcolm Harris Baletine appeared in Municipal Court and was ordered held without bond, according to police.
