FAIRHOPE, AL (BuzzReport) – A concerning situation this past weekend in Fairhope, culminating in the arrest of an Enterprise man after he allegedly facilitated a clandestine journey for a Georgia teenager he met through the social media platform TikTok. Martin Tot, 22, faces charges of interference in custody following an incident that began with a teenage runaway seeking his assistance. Authorities confirm that the 15-year-old girl, who had been reported missing from Lee County, Georgia, had previously contacted Tot, reportedly offering him money in exchange for transportation to a Fairhope residence. The situation escalated when the teenager, still miles from her home, contacted Tot again over the weekend with the intention of returning to Georgia. Tot was reportedly at the Fairhope residence, preparing to escort the girl back, when law enforcement officers responded to an unrelated call at the property. Upon encountering the teenager and recognizing her status as a reported runaway, police apprehended Tot.
