Brazen Daylight Robbery on Michael Boulevard: Two Arrested, Investigation Ongoing

Mobile, AL (BuzzReport)  – A quiet Saturday afternoon in Mobile was shattered by a brazen daylight robbery on Michael Boulevard, prompting a swift response from Mobile Police Department. At approximately 12:30 p.m., officers from the Mobile Police Department were dispatched to the 3600 block of Michael Boulevard following reports of shots fired in the area.

Upon arrival at the scene, officers encountered a distressing situation: a female victim had been robbed at gunpoint. Fortunately, no physical injuries were reported as a result of the terrifying encounter.

In a rapid development of the investigation, law enforcement quickly identified and apprehended two suspects in connection with the armed robbery. Teon Carter, 18, and Selene Autry, 20, were taken into custody and subsequently transported to Metro Jail.

While two arrests have been made, authorities are emphasizing that the investigation is far from over. Investigators have stated that additional arrests are possible as they continue to piece together the events of Saturday afternoon.
