MONTGOMERY, AL (BuzzReport) – The Montgomery Police Department (MPD) has announced the arrest and charging of Jalen Jackson Bray, 21, in connection with three counts of Sexual Abuse of a Child less than 12 years of age. The alleged incidents occurred on Sunday, August 25, 2025, at approximately 9:00 a.m.

Bray was identified as the primary suspect following an investigation initiated shortly after the report of the abuse. Detectives moved swiftly, taking Bray into custody without incident. He has since been processed and is currently being held at the Montgomery County Detention Facility.

Details surrounding the specific location of the alleged abuse within Montgomery have not been released by authorities, citing the sensitive nature of the case and the age of the victims involved. The MPD has stated that the investigation is ongoing and is urging anyone with further information related to this case to come forward.

Sexual abuse of a child under 12 years of age is classified as a serious felony offense, carrying significant penalties upon conviction.
