Mobile, AL (BuzzReport) – shooting incident occurred in the early hours of Sunday morning in downtown Mobile, Alabama, leaving two people injured. According to Mobile Police, the shooting took place at approximately 2:45 a.m. in the parking lot at the intersection of St. Francis and Franklin Streets.

One male victim sustained non-life-threatening injuries from gunshot wounds and was transported to a local hospital via private vehicle. A second individual suffered minor injuries from broken glass during the shooting but did not require medical treatment.

The shooting resulted in significant damage to multiple vehicles parked in the lot, with several cars struck by bullets. Police conducted an investigation at the scene, which led to the closure of a section of St. Francis Street. Police tape was also used to secure a small parking lot along St. Francis, across from the Temple Downtown.

The investigation is ongoing, and authorities have yet to release further details about the incident or potential suspects.
