Atlanta, GA (BuzzReport) – Kenneth Copeland, known professionally as Lil Woody, was arrested on Thursday for his alleged involvement in an illegal drag racing event. The 33-year-old was charged with actively facilitating an exhibition of illegal drag racing.

According to an arrest warrant, the incident occurred on June 22 in Lawrenceville. The warrant states that Copeland participated in a “Wet and Wild” themed event, where he allegedly threw water balloons and hung out of a car’s sunroof while it was involved in the drag racing exhibition.

Copeland was released on a $1,300 bond. This recent arrest comes after he was previously involved in a high-profile trial as a key witness.
