GREENVILLE, AL (BuzzReport) – Kenderius Raishawn Boggan, Jr., a lifelong resident of Greenville’s District 5, has officially declared his candidacy for the Greenville City Council, bringing a focused platform centered on community engagement and transparent leadership. At 25 years old, Boggan represents a new generation of leadership committed to addressing the pressing needs and fostering the immense potential of his home district.

Born in 1999, Boggan’s roots run deep in Greenville. A proud product of Greenville High School, he furthered his education at Jefferson State Community College, where he earned his degree in Funeral Service Education. This intimate understanding of the community and its people forms the bedrock of his campaign.

“As someone who grew up in this community, I understand the hopes, the struggles, and the potential of our people,” Boggan stated in his announcement. “I’m running for City Council because I believe District 5 deserves thoughtful leadership, true transparency, and a strong voice at City Hall. I’m ready to listen, serve, and work for a better future.”
