Woman Held at Mobile County Metro Jail Following Domestic Incident

Mobile, AL (BuzzReport) – A 37-year-old Mobile woman, Teneshia Kennedy, is currently being held at the Mobile County Metro Jail on multiple charges. According to the Mobile Police Department, officers responded to a reported domestic incident on Martinwood Lane on Tuesday.

Kennedy faces charges of domestic violence (strangulation or suffocation), second-degree unlawful imprisonment, interference with a domestic violence emergency call, and second-degree domestic violence assault, as per jail records. The Mobile Police Department reports that a female victim was struck with an object and prevented from leaving the home.
