Mobile, AL (BuzzReport) – A tragic incident occurred in the early hours of Wednesday, July 2, in Mobile County. According to the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency (ALEA), a single-vehicle crash involving two pedestrians resulted in the fatalities of a 15-year-old and a 16-year-old.

The accident took place on Airport Boulevard near Trailwood Boulevard, approximately 1 mile west of Mobile, at around 1:20 a.m. The vehicle involved was a 2018 Dodge Journey driven by 36-year-old Elizabeth Nicole Coker Taylor of Mobile.

The two juveniles were struck while walking in the roadway and were pronounced deceased at the scene. The details of the incident are still under investigation.
