Birmingham Police Seek Public’s Help in Identifying Carjacking Suspects

Birmingham, AL (BuzzReport) – The Birmingham Police Department is reaching out to the community for assistance in identifying two male suspects involved in a brazen carjacking and armed robbery that occurred on Sunday, June 29, 2025.

According to authorities, the incident took place in the 1300 block of 3rd Avenue West at approximately 7:10 p.m. The suspects approached a parked vehicle occupied by two people and initiated a conversation. The situation quickly escalated when the suspects pulled out firearms and demanded that the victims exit the vehicle.

The suspects then took control of the vehicle and fled the scene in an unknown direction. Fortunately, no injuries were reported.
