Citronelle, AL (BuzzReport) – The stage is set for a dynamic municipal election in Citronelle, with residents heading to the polls on Tuesday, August 26th to decide the city’s leadership for the next term. The mayoral race promises a compelling contest as incumbent Jason Stringer faces a challenge from Deveina Reynolds, guaranteeing a vigorous debate on the future direction of Citronelle.

While all eyes will be on the top job, the City Council races are also shaping up to be crucial, with several key districts seeing competitive challenges. Incumbents in District 1, in District 2, and Joe Beaty in District 5 are poised to continue their service unopposed, a testament to their strong standing within their respective districts.

However, Districts 3 and 4 are set for exciting contests. District 3 will witness a face-off between David Barreras and Loretta Presnell, who will undoubtedly present compelling visions for their district’s future. Meanwhile, in District 4, Cameron G. Odom II will go head-to-head with Nancy “Cricket” Vigor, promising a spirited campaign focused on the specific needs and concerns of the residents in that area.
