Pensacola, FL (BuzzReport) – A joint investigation between the Escambia County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Unit, the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), and the Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office resulted in a significant drug bust on May 28th. Two search warrants were executed in the 3400 block of Fallschase Boulevard and the 700 block of Maple Woods Circle, yielding the seizure of approximately 3.5 kilograms (3,424 grams) of fentanyl, psilocybin, and three firearms.

According to authorities, Ke Anthony Javon Blackmon, is wanted in connection with the searches and has active warrants in Escambia and Santa Rosa Counties. The Florida Department of Law Enforcement and the Pensacola Police Department are assisting in the investigation.

The DEA notes that 2 milligrams of fentanyl is considered a potentially deadly dose, which would make the seized amount potentially lethal to over 1.7 million people.
