Mobile, AL (BuzzReport) — A 43-year-old man has been arrested following a reported sexual assault investigation that began with a domestic incident early Wednesday morning. According to authorities, officers responded at approximately 2:30 a.m. on September 23, 2026, to the 200 block of Good Street after receiving a report of a domestic incident. Following an investigation at the scene, officers identified a known male suspect and took Donald Womack, 43, into custody in connection with the reported sexual assault. Womack was transported to Metro Jail, where he was booked following the investigation. The case remains part of the ongoing legal process. An arrest is an allegation, and the charges against Womack have not been proven in court. All suspects are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
