Woman Fatally Shot Friday Night on Anders Drive; Investigation Underway

Mobile, AL (BuzzReport) — A woman is dead following a Friday night shooting in Mobile, and investigators are now working to determine what led to the deadly violence.

According to police, officers responded to the 1000 block of Anders Drive at approximately 8:15 p.m. after receiving reports of a shooting.

When officers arrived at the scene, they discovered an adult female suffering from a fatal gunshot wound. Despite emergency response efforts, the victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
