Woman Arrested After Domestic Stabbing Incident on Roxboro Court

Mobile, AL (BuzzReport)— Police responded to a domestic disturbance Thursday morning that ended with one man hospitalized and a woman taken into custody following a stabbing incident in the 7000 block of Roxboro Court.

According to authorities, officers were dispatched to the area at approximately 6:30 a.m. on May 21, 2026, in reference to a domestic complaint. When officers arrived on scene, they discovered an adult male suffering from a minor, non-life-threatening stab wound.

Emergency responders transported the victim to a local hospital, where he received medical treatment for his injuries. Police said the adult female involved in the incident remained at the scene and was taken into custody without further incident.

Investigators later determined that the incident stemmed from a verbal altercation between the two individuals. During the dispute, the victim reportedly walked away before the woman followed behind, according to police.

Authorities identified the suspect as Shanorra Coleman, 23, who was transported to Metro Jail following the investigation.

The case remains under investigation, and additional details regarding possible charges or court proceedings have not yet been released.
