Mobile, AL (BuzzReport) — Authorities are investigating a Friday evening shooting that left two men injured and caused damage to nearby homes, according to police. Officers responded around 7:45 p.m. on April 10, 2026, to the 600 block of Reynolds Avenue following reports of gunfire. Upon arrival, officers located two male victims suffering from gunshot wounds. Emergency medical personnel transported both individuals to a local hospital. One victim sustained serious injuries, while the second victim’s injuries were described as non-life-threatening. Their current conditions have not been publicly released. During the course of the investigation, officers also determined that gunfire struck two residences in the 900 block of Reynolds Avenue. However, those homes fall within the jurisdiction of the Prichard Police Department. It is not immediately clear whether the incidents are directly connected, but authorities from both jurisdictions are expected to coordinate as the investigation continues. No suspects have been identified at this time, and police have not released any information regarding a possible motive. The case remains an active and ongoing investigation.
