Mobile, AL (BuzzReport) — A Mobile woman was arrested Monday evening in connection with two residential burglaries, according to police. Officers responded at approximately 7:01 p.m. on Monday, February 9, 2026, to the 2800 block of SpringHill Avenue following a report of a burglary. When officers arrived, they found a female suspect attempting to leave an unoccupied residence after allegedly entering the home through an unlocked window. Further investigation revealed the suspect was also connected to a separate burglary that occurred in the 150 block of Randolph Street. Police identified the suspect as Shereka Deeds, 42. She was taken into custody without incident and transported to Metro Jail. The investigation remains ongoing.
