Mobile, AL (BuzzReport) — A Mobile man was arrested early Monday morning following a reported domestic incident in a residential neighborhood. According to police, officers responded to the 400 block of Sunnyvale Lane West at approximately 1:15 a.m. on Monday, February 2, 2026, after receiving a call regarding a domestic disturbance. Upon arrival, officers found a female victim who had reportedly been physically assaulted by a known male subject. The suspect, identified as Maurice Riley, 33, was taken into custody at the scene and later transported to Metro Jail. Authorities did not release details regarding the extent of the victim’s injuries or the specific charges filed at the time of arrest. The incident remains under investigation.
