Mobile, AL (BuzzReport) – A Mobile woman is fighting for her life in a local hospital following a brutal domestic stabbing that occurred Thursday morning on Airport Boulevard. Authorities quickly apprehended Ronald Mims II, 43, in connection with the assault. Emergency personnel responded to the 6400 block of Airport Boulevard at approximately 8:50 a.m. on Thursday, November 13, 2025, after receiving reports of a stabbing. Arriving officers discovered a female victim suffering from life-threatening injuries. She was immediately transported to a nearby medical facility, where her condition remains serious. Further investigation by law enforcement officials determined the incident to be domestic in nature. Police learned that Mims, a known acquaintance of the victim, allegedly used a knife to assault her during an altercation. Following the investigation, Mims was taken into custody without further incident. He has been transported to Metro Jail, facing charges related to the violent encounter. The Mobile Police Department has stated that no additional details regarding the ongoing investigation will be released at this time.
