The incident, which brought a heavy police presence to a quiet residential street, began when Callier allegedly held a home healthcare nurse at gunpoint, preventing her from calling for help.

According to Loxley Police, the alarm was raised shortly after 7:00 PM when officers were dispatched to the residence that Callier shares with his elderly grandmother. Investigators on the scene reported that the nurse, whose identity has not been released, was providing care to the grandmother when Callier reportedly confronted her in an upstairs bedroom. In a terrifying turn of events, Callier is accused of brandishing a weapon and confiscating the nurse’s mobile phone, effectively trapping her with no means of communication.

Despite the immediate threat, the quick-thinking nurse managed to escape the confines of the bedroom and alert authorities to her predicament. The escape prompted an immediate lockdown of the surrounding area as Loxley Police, aided by other local law enforcement agencies, surrounded the Jenkins Farm Road home.
