Mobile Woman Jailed After Stabbing Known Associate on Taurus Drive

Mobile, AL (BuzzReport) – A Mobile woman was arrested Thursday afternoon after allegedly stabbing a known associate during an incident on Taurus Drive. Jennifer Bower, 46, was taken into custody at the scene following the daytime assault.

Police responded to the 4200 block of Taurus Drive at approximately 1:45 p.m. on September 11, 2025, after receiving a report of a stabbing. Arriving officers discovered an adult male victim with what was described as a severe but non-life-threatening injury.

The victim was immediately transported to a local hospital for medical attention.

Further investigation at the scene quickly identified 46-year-old Jennifer Bower as the assailant. Authorities confirmed that Bower was a known associate of the victim. In an unusual turn, Bower remained at the location and was detained by officers without incident.

Bower was subsequently transported to Metro Jail. While the victim’s condition is stable, the full circumstances leading to the altercation and the precise nature of the relationship between Bower and the victim are currently under investigation.
