Body Found in Bayou La Batre: Woman Found Dead After Disorderly Call

Bayou La Batre, AL (BuzzReport) – Tragedy over the small community of Bayou La Batre on Saturday, September 6, 2025, after a woman was found dead in the roadway on Riley Tillman Road. According to authorities, the Bayou La Batre Police Department responded to a disorderly call at 8661 Riley Tillman Road, where Amy Bosarge, 46, was reportedly involved in an incident with a male.

Upon arrival, officers spoke with a witness who claimed the pair had left the scene before police arrived. However, a short time later, Bosarge was found in the roadway, suffering from injuries consistent with being struck by a vehicle. Despite efforts to save her, Bosarge was pronounced deceased at the scene.
