Pensacola Woman Indicted on Multiple Tax Fraud Charges

PENSACOLA, Fla. (BuzzReport)– A 41-year-old woman from Pensacola has been indicted on multiple counts of tax fraud and identity theft, following an investigation by federal authorities. Khristine Harper, the owner and operator of Kings Tax Service, is facing 20 counts of aiding or assisting in the preparation of false tax returns, along with one count of identity theft.

The indictment was announced by the State Attorney’s Office on Monday in federal court. If convicted on all counts, Harper could face a substantial prison sentence of up to 65 years.
