Birmingham Police Seek Public’s Help After Armed Robbery, Clerk Shot at Dollar General

Birmingham, AL (BuzzReport)– The Birmingham Police Department is seeking the public’s immediate assistance in identifying and apprehending two male suspects involved in a violent armed robbery that occurred Thursday night at a Dollar General store in the city’s West Precinct.

On Thursday, July 3, 2025, at approximately 10:00 PM, West Precinct officers were dispatched to the Dollar General located at 2413 Warrior Road following a report of a robbery in progress.

Authorities state that two armed male suspects entered the establishment and forcibly took approximately $600 in cash. During the commission of the crime, the store clerk was shot, sustaining a non-life-threatening injury. Following the incident, the suspects fled the scene.
