Bay Minette, AL (BuzzReport) – The search for Decareus Keywon Mallory Andrews has come to an end. Andrews, wanted in connection with the May 23, 2025, murder of Dyrontae Condarrly Booker in Bay Minette, is now in custody.

According to authorities, Andrews was located and taken into custody, bringing an end to the manhunt. He has been booked into the Baldwin County Sheriff’s Office Correction Center, facing charges of Murder and Certain Persons Forbidden to Possess a Firearm.

A bond hearing for Andrews will be scheduled at a later date, where the court will determine the conditions of his release.

The arrest marks a significant milestone in the investigation, and the community welcomes the news. Authorities acknowledge the efforts of the US Marshals Fugitive Task Force, the Baldwin County Sheriff’s Office, and the public for their assistance throughout the investigation.
