Mississippi Police Capture Semmes Shooting Fugitive

Semmes, AL (BuzzReport) – A man wanted in connection with a shooting that occurred in Semmes on June 4 has been apprehended in Mississippi. According to the Magee Police Department, 49-year-old Ronald Graham was taken into custody after being located in their jurisdiction.

Graham is sought in Alabama in relation to an incident on Hi Wood Circle North where he is accused of shooting at a woman. The victim reportedly sustained a graze wound to her head during the alleged assault.

The arrest took place on the evening of June 15. Magee Police officers were dispatched to Newk’s Eatery around 9:40 p.m. following a report of a person behaving suspiciously near the restaurant’s dumpsters. Upon arrival, officers encountered Graham.

Authorities confirmed that Graham had active felony warrants issued for attempted murder and burglary in connection with the aforementioned Semmes shooting. He was subsequently arrested and is currently being held, awaiting extradition back to Alabama to face the charges.
