According to Semmes Police Chief Todd Freind, the shooting took place in the 7800 block of Hi Wood Circle North. The victim was transported to USA Hospital for treatment. Police have identified a suspect, who fled the scene and remains at large. The Semmes Police Department is actively investigating the incident and is working to apprehend the suspect.
