Jackson, MS (BuzzReport)—Authorities are investigating a deadly shooting after two men were found dead inside a home Thursday night. The incident was reported just before 8 p.m. on October 1, 2026, at a residence on Spanish Court, according to Capitol Police. Investigators responding to the home discovered two male victims inside suffering from gunshot wounds. Both men were pronounced deceased. Their identities have not yet been released as authorities work to notify their families. Capitol Police are asking anyone with information that could assist investigators to contact them at (601) 359-3125. The investigation remains active, and additional details are expected to be released as authorities continue working to determine exactly what happened inside the home.
