Company officials confirmed that approximately 100 employees—half of the plant’s workforce—will be laid off as multiple production lines at the McIntosh facility are shut down. According to Dixon, the warning signs had been building for some time. He confirmed ongoing communication with plant leadership, noting that operational challenges predated the official announcement of layoffs.
