Mobile, AL (BuzzReport) — A Christmas night domestic disturbance in Mobile led to multiple drug- and violence-related charges after officers discovered a battered victim and illegal substances inside a home where a child was present.

According to police, officers were dispatched to the 2400 block of Brewton Avenue at approximately 10:30 p.m. on Thursday, December 25, 2025, in response to a reported domestic incident. When officers arrived, they found a female victim suffering from visible injuries believed to have been sustained during an altercation inside the residence.

Investigators say the injuries were the result of a physical assault by a known male subject. As officers continued to secure the scene and conduct their investigation, they discovered drugs and drug paraphernalia inside the home, allegedly located in close proximity to a child. The discovery prompted additional charges, including chemical endangerment of a child.

As a result of the investigation, Terrance Fayne, 34, and Jacobie Fayne, 29, were taken into custody. Both were transported to Metro Jail and charged on their respective offenses, which include trafficking synthetic marijuana, chemical endangerment of a child, possession of marijuana in the second degree, possession of drug paraphernalia, and domestic violence assault.
