Bay Minette police have issued a murder warrant for 28-year-old Decareus Keywon Mallory Andrews in connection with the fatal shooting of 21-year-old Dyrontae Condarrly Booker. The incident occurred late Friday night at a house party near the 900 block of Daphne Road. According to authorities, Booker suffered multiple gunshot wounds and was transported to North Baldwin Infirmary, where he succumbed to his injuries. Police stated that the shooting was not random and that the suspect and victim knew each other. A Bay Minette patrol officer reported hearing gunfire around 10:20 p.m. and observed a man fleeing the scene on foot. The officer pursued the suspect for several blocks before losing sight of him. The Bay Minette Police Department is seeking tips and information from the public.
