Citronelle, AL (BuzzReport) – A search is underway for two inmates who escaped from the Citronelle city jail on Thursday evening. Herles Bolden, 30, and Kentrell Creagh, 32, were reported to have fled the facility at approximately 6:47 pm.

According to officials, Bolden was being held for outstanding tickets and possession of drug paraphernalia, while Creagh was in custody for public intoxication.

The escape occurred when both inmates scaled two separate fences in the recreational yard. They were last seen running into the woods near the intersection of Gulf Lane and Centre Street, wearing orange jail attire.

Citronelle Police are urging anyone with information to contact them at 251-866-5527 or the Mobile County Sheriff’s Office at 251-574-8633. Authorities are working to locate the escaped inmates and return them to custody.
