Mobile, AL (BuzzReport) — Mobile police have made an arrest in connection with an assault that left a man injured outside a fast-food restaurant earlier this week.
According to authorities, Noah Vines, 46, was identified as a suspect during the course of the investigation. On Thursday, March 5, 2026, Vines was located by officers, arrested, and transported to Metro Jail.
The arrest stems from an incident that occurred on Wednesday, March 4, 2026, at approximately 12:04 a.m. Officers responded to the McDonald’s located at 658 Government Boulevard after receiving reports of an assault.
When officers arrived at the scene, they discovered a male victim sitting outside the business with visible injuries. The victim was transported to a local hospital, where he was treated for what were described as minor injuries.
Investigators later determined that the victim had been struck with a glass bottle by a known male subject at an unknown location prior to being found outside the restaurant.
Authorities have not released additional details about what led to the assault.
