PRICHARD, Ala. (BuzzReport) — The Mobile County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s assistance in locating a man wanted in connection with a deadly shooting earlier this month in Prichard.

Authorities are searching for Deandra Johnson, who is wanted as a suspect in a homicide that occurred on February 14, 2026, at 3425 St. Stephens Road in Prichard. According to investigators, a firearm was used during the incident, and Johnson may still be armed.

Johnson is facing an outstanding warrant for homicide and first-degree assault, officials said.

Investigators reported that Johnson was last seen wearing a red and white shirt with graffiti-style writing on the front. Law enforcement officials are urging residents not to approach him if spotted and to contact authorities immediately.

Anyone with information regarding Johnson’s whereabouts is asked to call the Mobile County Sheriff’s Office at 251-574-8633. Tips can also be submitted online through the sheriff’s office website at mobileso.com/crimetips/.
